Online Video Instruction

Our community offers video recordings of classes held in our Florida communities. We offer:

• Beginning classes

• Intermediate/Advanced Classes

• Weekend (and longer) Retreats

To view our videos online, please contact Steven (videos@mindfulnessmeditationcenters.com) for instructions.

It may take a day for Steven to respond if he doesn't get the notice right away, but he'll do his best to respond quickly.

The videos are hosted on Vimeo.com.

If you are registered through Steven, and you cannot see the videos, try these two things:

• click the "refresh" button on your browser
• make sure you are logged into your Vimeo account - sometimes individuals are auto-logged out.

HOSTING A LOCAL CLASS

Some people create regular, local classes so that they can view the videos with other, like-minded people in their area. If you are interested in hosting a class locally, please contact Thomas: info@meditationsarasota.com.
